Refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to made a return request within 7 days after your registration. In order for the registration to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met: E-mail the Payment Proof along with program Name.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration for the conference. Below are the details of our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers at [cbip@cbip.org]. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

No refunds will be granted for registrants who do not attend the conference and have not provided written notice of cancellation in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation received on or before [30 Days]: Full refund minus a processing fee of [18% GST].
  • Cancellation received before 10 days : 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellation received after event date: No refund will be provided.

Privacy Policy
